Description
This package can be bought in 4, 6 or 8 week protocols. It consists of the following:
- A rehab protocol – containing a detailed treatment plan from beginning to end.
- An initial 60 min biokinetics consultation that consists of a complex evaluation and assessment.
- From there on, a weekly 45 min Biokinetics session.
- An at-home exercise program after every biokinetics session
- A weekly 30 min Massage Therapy session
- Approximately 20% off from original prices

Purchase a Nexus Package
Nexus packages can only be purchased via email. Send us a short email below, containing the following:
- Short description of your injury.
- The package you would like to purchase (Nexus Pro or Lite).
- How many weeks (4, 6 or 8).
- The practice (Norwood or Randburg) closest to you.
- A possible day and time for your first appointment.
All sessions must be booked in advance. Rescheduling can be done at a later stage – no less than 24h before the scheduled appointment.
All packages must be paid upfront – payment options are available upon request.
You will be able to claim all Biokinetic sessions back from the medical aid – assuming you have funds available in your medical savings.
