Don’t stop training. Rehab properly.

A 6-week guided rehab system built for people who refuse to put training on hold every time something flares up. We assess what’s sore, modify what needs modifying, and keep you moving while we fix the root cause.

“Stopping completely isn’t the answer. Training around it, the right way, is.”

Most rehab plans expect you to drop everything. This one doesn’t. We work with the sport you do, the gym you love, the schedule you actually have, and design rehab that fits inside it.

Two steps. One outcome.

Start with a proper assessment so we know what we’re actually dealing with. Then run a structured 6-week program with weekly support so you progress instead of plateau.

Step 01 · Assess

Initial Assessment.

A full assessment of your injury, the movements that hurt, and how your training will be modified safely. We map your goals, your sport and your gym setup, then build the plan around them.

what you get

Inside the 6-week program.

Personalised 6-week program

Built around your injury, your sport and your training schedule. Not a template, not a generic protocol.

Accountability

Weekly contact, no ghosting. You’re not figuring this out alone between sessions.

Guided rehab and progression

Each week has a phase, a target and a clear point of progression. No guessing what’s next.

Weekly check-ins

Live calls or messaging touchpoints to review the week, address flare-ups and update the plan.

Progress tracking

Strength, range of motion, pain and load tracked so we know what’s improving and what needs work.

Ongoing adjustments

The program changes as you do. Stalls and setbacks get rebuilt into the plan, not ignored.

3-week reassessment

A detailed mid-program reassessment to recalibrate based on real data, not vibes.

Return-to-training guidance

Clear criteria and progressions for getting back to full load when your body’s actually ready.

Exercise scaling and modifications

What to swap, what to scale, what to leave alone. So you can keep training without making things worse.

Education throughout

You’ll understand why we’re doing what we’re doing. Future flare-ups become manageable, not panic-inducing.

why this works

Stopping makes you weaker. Modifying keeps you in the game.

Every time you completely stop training to “rest” an injury, you lose strength, conditioning and mental momentum. By the time you’re ready to train again, you’re not just rehabbing the injury, you’re rebuilding everything else too.

Guided rehab flips the model. We modify the load, swap the exercises that hurt, and keep the rest of your training intact. The injury heals because the work is targeted, not because everything else stopped.

Train through, not around

Most of your training stays. We modify the parts that aggravate the injury, you keep building.

Targeted rehab work

The rehab itself is precise and progressive. No filler exercises, no time-fillers.

You stay sharp

Conditioning, strength and mindset all stay intact. Return to full load is an accelerator, not a rebuild.

who it’s for

Built for people who don’t want to stop.

Lifters & CrossFitters

Niggles in the shoulder, knee or low back that flare under load. We modify the lifts that aggravate, keep the rest of the program moving.

Runners & cyclists

Tendons, IT band, hips, shins. Volume that won’t quit because the season is still on.

Post-op or post-injury

You’ve been cleared to move. You don’t know how to start without making it worse. We give you the structured runway.

Sport-specific athletes

Cricket, rugby, hockey, padel. Mid-season pain that needs managing, not benching.

pricing

Simple, flat pricing.

Two prices. No bundles, no add-ons. Start with the assessment, then opt into the 6-week program if it’s the right fit.

good to know

Common questions.

Do I have to stop training while doing this?

No. That’s the whole point. We design the rehab around your existing training, modify what needs to be modified, and keep you progressing on the rest. Stopping completely is rarely necessary, and it often makes recovery slower.

Can the assessment happen online?

Yes. The initial assessment can run in-person at our Randburg clinic or online via video call. We’ll guide you through the movement screens and history we need either way. The 6-week program then runs almost entirely online, with weekly check-ins and your personalised plan.

What kind of injuries does this work for?

It works for most musculoskeletal niggles, strains, tendinopathies and post-injury rehabs where the medical clearance is in place. Knees, shoulders, low backs, hips, ankles, elbows. If you’re unsure, book the assessment and we’ll tell you honestly whether this is the right path or whether you need something else first.

What if my injury flares up between check-ins?

Message Landré directly. Adjustments happen on the fly, not just at scheduled check-ins. The whole system is built around real-time adaptation, that’s why weekly contact is included.

Does medical aid pay for this?

The in-clinic portions claim like any standard biokinetics session. Telehealth claim rates vary by scheme and we’re happy to confirm with yours before you start. You’ll always get proper invoices with HPCSA codes regardless.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Most clients finish with a clear return-to-training plan and don’t need ongoing rehab. Some opt into another block if the injury is more complex, others move into general performance work. We’ll discuss this during your final review.

Stop guessing. Start moving.

Book your initial assessment. We’ll figure out what’s going on, whether this system is the right fit, and exactly how to keep you training while we sort it out.
